I stayed at Pleasantview this summer for two weeks while taking an upholstery class and the accomodations were perfect!!! The apartment had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Because I was there for 2 weeks, I used the kitchen quite a bit to prepare my meals and it was ideal. Not only were many items already stocked in the cupboard and refrigerator, but Tess had fresh baked scones and cake to welcome me there. Both the kitchen sunroom with a table and chairs, and the outdoor space just outside the kitchen were really lovely! I was able to catch up on Wimbledon in the evenings because of the cable tv provided (and it was great on the flat screen tv!). I loved being able to read about the surrounding area due to the organized tourist information that was available in the apartment. Everything was organized, and clean, and truly pleasant!! And, aside from all of that, Tess and Ray (the proprietors) could not have been more gracious and friendly and helpful. Very nice people! I definitely recommend Pleasant View to anyone considering staying in the area. :-)
